Livvi Platform will undergo scheduled maintenance on December 8th between 06 AM and 08 AM (BRT) in order to launch the following features for general availability:
- Facial Recognition support integrating with Control iD readers. - Guest self-checkin collecting pictures of the guest and their ID. - New bookings management experience on the dashboard. - New bookings API for streamlined integration with third-party systems.
During the maintenance window, we expect that the dashboard and API will be unavailable for 20 minutes.
